Here at Jerky Dynasty we take pride in our customer service and ability to quickly handle any issues you may have. We offer a full refund on undamaged product returned within 30 days of purchase. All exotic animal jerky is mixed with some beef to meet USDA requirements.

We do get a high volume of orders during the Holiday Seasons. If we make a mistake with your order we will replace the order plus send a few extra sticks for your time. 

We do not accept return product from Canadian customers.  We will issue refund if product is damaged or missing.
